Change Title Bar

How do I edit the title bar to remove my old internet provider. I changed
providers, however the old is still "provided by Roadrunner"

I will step by step if it requires accessing system file or registers

Being more of a detective than an engineer, I solved the same problem this way:

Go to run... and type regedit to open the registry.

In the registry, go to Edit > Find... and type in "provided by Roadrunner" and
that will lead you to wherever it's embedded in the registry. I think there's 2
places? Then you can delete those words, or add your name or whatever.
