My internet explorer program suddenly quits. Whazzup?

First scan you computer for viruses and adware (adaware and grisoft
antivirus are free tools that you can use). Then
I'd recommend installing all the updates from windows update.
If that does not help, uninstall all the updates and reinstall them again

It would be also helpful to see the error message that you get when it
quits.

I tried to send some digital photos via attachments in

Outlook Express and
they have hung up my Outlook program. I have tried to
remove both IE and
Outlook Express from the Control Panel but to no avail.
Can someone with
the knowledge explain how I can remove these so my regular
email can come
in. All Hung Up.
