How can I make sure my computer stores and accesses the FAVORITES folder
from the D partition rather than the C partition. Am I simply able to
uninstall InternetExplorer and install it on my D partition? I want to
get all my data off my C partition because I frequently re-install the
Operating System.

Hi F. Kissam - TweakUI, Computer tab, then select from the dropdown and put
it whereever you want.
