Internet Explorer 6 - Hijacked??

Hello,
I'm running IE 6 with Windows XP (Service Pack 1). Also running Spysweeper
All of a sudden I can't log into MSN Hotmail. An error comes up say that my
browser is no longer supported. It says to update my browser to Internet
Explorer 4 or later, As mentioned, I run IE 6.
Has my Explorer been hijacked or something?

Try resetting the defaults on your browser: Tools -> Internet Options ->
Advanced Tab -> Restore Defaults
You may also try checking your computer for viruses (free antivirus could be
downloaded from grisoft.com) and for adware / spyware (free removal tool
adaware could be downloaded from lavasoft.com)

Or you could run an online virus scan from trend housecall.
