I reset my home page in Internet Options,but after i restart my computer
the home page selection changes back to the unwanted web site.I ran a virus
scam and spy sweeper progams without any success.I have been in this battle
for a couple weeks seeking help.

Not a virus of course, it is a "Browser helper object" that you may have
said yes to unintentionally. Have you downloaded any "free" things lately?

First, download, update (you will see how when you run it) and run the
following programs to get rid of spyware on your computer.

SpyBot here: http://security.kolla.de/
Ad-aware here: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/

Once you have that done, post back for further help.
