Tranferring favorites from IE6 in Win 2000 to IE6 Win XP

Well the subject pretty much says my problem. I exported my favorites from
a Win 2000 machine. I try to import them to a Win XP (Home) machine and get
an error "Not a valid bookmark file."

HELP????!!!!

Well if you couldn't tell by the names, Windows 2000 is an older version
than Windows XP, so of course there could be a bug in your computer, Windows
XP, or just you'r serer. I, too have Windows XP, but currently I am using an
Acer laptop.. So there is a difference. Just keep trying! :]
