My internet connection works well, but there are a few sites that just won't
connect and it gives me a "this page cannot be displayed" and "Cannot find
server or DNS Error Internet Explorer ". For example, I can't log on to
www.adobe.com, which becomes a problem because I can't download Acrobat
Reader if I can't get to the site. Does anyone know why almost all sites
work and some don't? Thanks to anyone who can help.

John, very well could be that your internet provider DNS (domain name
server) is unable to resolve the ip address of those web sites that you are
unable to see. You should contact your IPS (internet service provider) or
your IT support group and tell them about this problem. They should help
you.
Sincerely,
Yuriy

I'm getting the same problem accessing my Yahoo and ebay accounts just cant
figure it out.
have tried contacting my provider, they said to install all critical updates
but the problem is persisting, i dialed in with a alternative provider and
had no problems, I think its time to change provider!
