PAGES get redirected...

when ever i try to go to certain pages on IE6, for instance i type in
YAHOO.COM or MSN.COM the page immediately get redirected to a crap page
stating I am being tracked and I need to buy a program to solve it the page
is http://65.110.52.149/index.html

Could someone please help me eliminate this, I have tryed SPYWARE - by
ADAWARE to no avail.

Ad-aware here: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/

Note there is no SPYWARE program, so I don't know what you tried. But
download these programs, click on update to make sure they are currect, and
run them. The 2 programs are SpyBot and Ad-aware.
